BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A little clarity
can help.

Here’s what this first step does—and what to expect.

Is Injury North a law firm?

No. Injury North is a marketing and intake service operated by Kardashev Vision Inc. We organize your request; we do not assess its legal merits or calculate deadlines. Before sharing it, we identify the proposed Ontario lawyer or law firm and ask your permission.

Who receives my answers?

Your request initially goes to Injury North’s operator. It is not automatically sent to a lawyer. We explain the next step before any lawyer receives your information. Read our Privacy Policy for storage, email and retention details.

What should I have ready?

The incident date, or your best estimate, a short description of what happened, details of your injuries and a way to contact you. You do not need to upload documents.

What if I’m unsure about an answer?

Use the “Not sure” option where available and give your best account. You can mark the incident date as approximate or unknown. Uncertainty does not automatically stop you from submitting a request.

Does submitting mean a lawyer represents me?

No. This is only an initial case review request. A lawyer-client relationship requires a separate arrangement with a lawyer. No acceptance, compensation or legal result is guaranteed.

What if there is a deadline or an emergency?

This service is not monitored for emergencies or urgent deadlines. Speak with a lawyer promptly about any legal deadline. Call emergency services if you need immediate help.
